Costa Rica Beyond Borders Retreats

November 29th – December 6th, 2019
December 6th – December 13th, 2019

Join your guides Elliott Ramage, Scott Olheiser, and other certified global yoga instructors from around the world for a week of optional daily yoga, beach and rain forest hiking, and mountain biking on the spectacular Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Each day, we’ll feature an enlivening yoga class followed by ample free time to explore all the amazing local scenery and offer other adventure activities such as zip lining, surfing, nature safaris to the national parks, or simply chilling by the pool or sea with a good book. Our motto is “It’s Your Retreat” and our goal is to kindly nudge you into what the locals call “Pura Vida” (clean living) by aiding you in finding your most restored and best self. We’ll stay in luxury accomodations with beautiful pools and garden-shaded verandas, a block from the beach. We will practice in a studio from which I’ve seen macaws fly by during class. The trip is limited to 12 people for an intimate experience and you get to choose what you do or don’t do each day. It’s your retreat. Come open your kind heart with us in paradise! Message us for the early bird price. Flights are on your own with our help finding the best prices and routes. You must have a current passport that goes well beyond your return flight date. Email if you have questions. Each guest receives a beautiful, handmade travel journal by Vicki Windle. We do a welcome and return party featuring local recipes but featuring spirits from our distillery partner Backwards Distilling Company.
Beyond Borders Iceland 2020
Beyond Borders Iceland 2020

March 21 – March 26, 2020

We return to Iceland for a third time. We’ll venture at a optimal time to experience the aurora borealis and soak in The Blue Lagoon and much more. We’ll be searching for grass roofed lodges, black sand beaches, and of course Ice. You’ll love the nature, the food, and the culture of this Nordic land. We will stay in the charming old part of Reykjavík by the sea in a boutique hotel with a spa and sauna and also in out in the countryside for optimal dark lights viewing and ice cave adventures. We want this to be a small intimate group. Private message us if you’d like to be part of the private planning group. We’ve found exceptional airfares for you.
